Nutrition Education Services is dedicated to helping clients understand the importance of proper food intake.  Each individual’s body responds and absorbs food differently.     We do laboratory testing to find what foods are the most compatible with your body chemistry and what nutrient deficiencies you may have.

I work with many practitioners here in Southern Vermont to supplement the work that you are already doing with your health management team. We want to all be working towards the same goal.

We design an individual program to maximize the opportunity for your optimal health. The information we gather on food intake, supplements, lifestyle, and exercise and symptom history will help us to determine the best course of action.

In order to determine any nutritional deficiencies of your body chemistry, we offer some simple laboratory tests to find any nutrient deficiencies, absorption issues, energy storage and cleansing pathway functions.

Proper nutrition can have a profound affect on your physical and mental capacity. So, whether you are being challenged physically or emotionally, we have the experience, tools and products that can help you get and stay on track.
